WCBI offers apology for Masters glitch

WCBI general manager Bobby Berry apologized Monday on his station’s website for a technical glitch that left some viewers staring at a
frozen image at the height of the Masters drama.
What happened?
“ … a button was unintentionally clicked. This resulted in all three of our stations going off the air,” on Sunday afternoon, Berry wrote.
It happened as the last group was on No. 16 and wasn’t fixed until the two hole playoff had ended.
“It was a mistake, a human error, and a lesson learned,” Berry wrote.
