Sheriff’s deputies responded to a disturbance call at Hilltop Apartments in Burnsville about 5:30 a.m. Monday where they arrested Julie Yager, 32, and Kenneth Mincy, 45, on domestic violence charges.
Based on information at the scene a search warrant was executed for the residence and a methamphetamine lab and methamphetamine were seized.
Yager and Mincy both were charged with manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of precurcors with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.
Mincy remained in custody with a hold by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
Yager remained in jail with bond set at $20,000.
