The trail between milepost 265.5 and milepost 264.8 will be closed for safety for two years to accommodate construction under Tupelo’s Major
Thoroughfare Construction Project. Trail sections north of 265.5 from the Beech Springs Road area and south of 264.8 at Old Town Creek will remain open. Both trail sections will be posted closed for public notice.
