Decatur man faces sentence for silence

OXFORD – Kendall Graham of Decatur will be sentenced April 8 for his part in a regional cocaine sale scheme.

Graham, 38, pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to failure to tell law enforcement about the crimes in Union and Monroe counties from January to July 21, 2011.

He also admitted counting and concealing proceeds from the drug distribution activity.

Conviction is punishable by up to three years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Senior U.S. District Judge Neal B. Biggers will sentence him in Oxford.
