Mississippi State’s women will hit the road again tonight and try to bounce back from a bad loss at Tulane.

The Lady Bulldogs (1-1), who fell 62-42 to the Green Wave a week ago, travel to South Alabama today for a 7:05 tipoff. The Lady Jaguars (2-1) have also lost to Tulane, 72-62 on Nov. 13, and own wins over Southern Miss and Southern.

South Alabama is paced by junior guard Sarda Peterson (15.0 points per game) and senior forward Christian Shelter (14.7 ppg).

MSU is led by senior forward Mary Kathryn Govero, who’s averaging 16.5 points and 5.0 rebounds per game.
