Holiday parades roll today

The 62nd Reed's Tupelo Christmas Parade starts at 10 a.m. today. Around 100 parade entries will lead the procession west on Jefferson Street, south on Robins Street and east on Main Street. The parade will disband at Fairpark.

Also rolling through downtown streets today are Sherman and Mantachie at 2 p.m., both Hamilton and Corinth at 5 p.m., Toccopola at 5:30 p.m. and Ecru at 6 p.m.

The 20th annual Christmas at Midway will last from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. today at the Midway Marina.

Both Pontotoc and Amory will show Christmas cheer Monday at 6:30 p.m. Aberdeen's parade is at 7 p.m. Tuesday. Smithville's parade will be at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
