TUPELO – Four suspects accused of breaking into a convenience store Sundaynight had their bonds set Wednesday.

Bonds were set at $10,000 a piece for the suspects who allegedly broke into D & B Grocery located on Highway 371. Charged are 19-year-old Haley Peacock of Water Valley, 26-year-old Matthew Blanchard of Mantachie, 20-year-old Caleb Long of Mantachie, and 24- year-old Brandon Steed of Sherman.

Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson said the suspects broke into the store after it was closed for the evening to steal Ivory Wave, a product that has crystal meth like effects on it’s users when smoked.

They remain in the Lee County Jail.

Earlier in the day a man robbed D & B at gunpoint and that suspect is still at large.
