Fire Marshal Jason Cross said the law office of Frank Liebling was destroyed by the fire that happened shortly before 9 p.m. Liebling’s office is located just across from the Stables Bar and Grill on the 200 block of Spring Street. The office is a total loss, according to Cross. But the other offices in the building, many of them vacant, only suffered smoke damage.
Liebling’s wife Tammy Woolbright, also an attorney, said Liebling is looking for a new place for an office. She said his client files were saved on backup disc and retrieved by his secretary.
“Frank is still in shock,” said Woolbright. “He’s trying to figure out where to go from here, but he is out looking for somewhere to practice. It’s going to take a lot of patients for us and out clients.”

Cross did not say when the investigation will be completed.
