Frierson, 20, admitted before U.S. District Judge W. Allen Pepper Jr. in Greenville that he possessed child pornography on his computer from interstate sources.
Indicted July 21, he faces from five to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Pepper will sentence him after receipt of a U.S. Probation Service report on Frierson.
He will remain free on bond while the report is prepared.
