Minor and Harrison County judges John Whitfield and Wes Teel were convicted of corruption in federal court in 2007. The men are in prison serving various sentences.
The trio is set for re-sentencing next month because a federal appeals court threw out some of their convictions. The appeals court upheld honest services fraud convictions against each of the men and Minor's racketeering conviction.
The Mississippi Supreme Court disbarred them for having felony convictions. Their licenses had been suspended since 2008.
