Red Cross Director Patty Tucker summarized disaster relief efforts the American Red Cross has provided in Tippah County during the past year, including last May's tornado and 16 house fires, with services totaling more than $24,000.
Tucker noted that the agency has not received any budget allocation from the county during the past two fiscal years and asked to be returned to the regular budgeted agency list.
