CORINTH – Members of the Corinth board passed a resolution on Friday opposing the redistricting planned passed by the Mississippi House of Representatives. The plan would divide Alcorn County residents into three different House districts, one of which includes a majority of Tishomingo County residents.
The resolution asks the Mississippi Senate to reject the House resolution as not being in the best interests of Corinth residents.
