The accident took place around 10:15 a.m.
Authorities say two cars were headed east to Fulton when one vehicle attempted to turn across a median. The driver of the second vehicle, which was following closely behind, turned his steering wheel sharply in response. The second vehicle then flipped and rolled over.
Two people were taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Traffic is moving near where the accident took place. It was slowed, but never stopped.
