Man pleads guilty in Marshall County bank robbery

ABERDEEN - A 24-year-old Memphis man has pleaded guilty to the robbery of a Marshall County bank in May of 2010.

Marcus Westbrook entered the plea Wednesday in U. S. District Court in Aberdeen. No sentencing date has been scheduled.

Westbrook was one of five people indicted for the holdup of the Slayden Bank.

He pleaded guilty to bank robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a violent crime.
