CORINTH – A woman transported to the Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tenn. on Wednesday with an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head has died, according to reports in the Daily Corinthian.

Sharon Graham, 36, was found Wednesday morning at her Scale Street home by a relative, with her 17-month-old baby lying unresponsive on the bed.

The baby, Taylor Rose Graham, was pronounced dead at Magnolia Regional Health Center. No cause of death was apparent, and an autopsy has been ordered on the child.

The case remains under investigation by the Corinth Police Department.
