Tommy Ivy Jr.
Ivy, 45, of Okolona is on administrative leave with pay. Ivy has been a TPD officer since 1991. He was booked in Lee County Jail and has bonded out.
Ivy was assigned to the TPD traffic division. The case has been turned over to Internal Affairs, according to the Tupelo Police department.
Ivy Jr. is a candidate for sheriff in Chickasaw County.
