Former Ole Miss standout Chris Coghlan, who’s trying to work his way back tot he Florida Marlins, has had a setback in his rehab assignment with Double-A Jacksonville.
The 2009 NL Rookie of the Year will stop playing games while receiving treatment on his troublesome left knee.
Coghlan has been on the DL since June 17 because of inflammation in the knee. He was hitting .230 for the Marlins.
