Beginning on Monday, October 17 at 7 a.m., MDOT will close the Estes Road exit on the Natchez Trace Parkway in Lee County.
This closure will allow crews to complete the re-alignment of Estes Road to the Natchez Trace Parkway, which will take approximately two (2) weeks to complete. During the closure, traffic will not be allowed access to Estes Road from the Natchez Trace Parkway. Additionally, motorists will not be allowed access to the Natchez Trace Parkway from Estes Road.
The project was awarded to Hill Brothers Construction Company, Inc. at the cost of $29 million.
