The discussion is part of the annual gathering of the Mississippi Agricultural Economics Association. The meeting takes place at the Franklin Center on the Mississippi State University campus in Starkville.
Among the speakers are MSU President Mark Keenum, Mississippi Farm Bureau President Randy Knight and Carlisle Clark, agriculture liaison for U.S. Sen. Thad Cochran.
