11/16/2011 UPDATE: Lashawn Jamal Bell, 28, of 405 Airline Road, Columbus, has just turned himself in to Tupelo police in connection with Tuesday's shooting of a man on Shirley Avenue. No one has been formally charged with the shooting yet. Adrian Richey was arrested shortly after the shooting on Tuesday.

11/16/2011 UPDATE: Police are looking for another man connected to a Tuesday shooting in Tupelo.

That second suspect is Lashawn Jamal Bell, 20, whose last known address was 405 Airline Road in Columbus.

Bell is about 5-foot-9 and 195 pounds.

Adrian Richey, 25, was arrested Tuesday in connection with a shooting that happened outside a home at the corner of Shirley Avenue and West Jackson Street around 4 p.m. One man was transported to North Mississippi Medical Center with a gunshot to the back with non-life-threatening injuries.

The current condition of the victim is unknown.

11/15/2011: Tupelo Police have caught a suspect after one person was shot on the corner of Shirley Avenue and West Jackson Tuesday afternoon in Tupelo.

Tupelo police first said they were searching for two men, but then said it was just one person - Adrian Richey, 25.

According to Lee County Sheriff Department Richey has been arrested.

The call about the shooting came in at 3:50 p.m. Police found a man wounded with one gun shot to the back.

No official report on the condition of the shooting victim was available. The victim was taken to North Mississippi Medical Center. The victim's name has not been released.

No details about the shooting have been released.
