Poole said that Charles Foster of County Road 413 in Houlka has been charged after a 15-year-old girl and her mother filed a complaint against Foster.
According to the complaint, the girl alleges she was drugged, raped and robbed of money and a cell phone while attending a party at an undisclosed Pontotoc apartment, Poole said.
“He (Foster) admitted having sex with the her, believing she was 19-years-old, when in fact she was only 15,” Poole said.
“He denied that he took her money or cell phone,” Poole said.
Poole said that during the investigation of the complaint, information was gained that may lead to the arrest of two other males Foster remained in the Pontotoc County Jail on Friday on $20,000 bond, Poole said.
