All Star Dance and Dance Shoes of Tennessee are presenting an All Star Dance Weekend with Jenell Maranto, Robbie Greenwood, Tammy Wilson, Liz Martin, Curt and Wendy Johnson and Daniel Stevenson this weekend.

The weekend will take place at The Dance Studio in Tupelo.

The All Star Dance Weekend is $168 and includes a Friday night dance party, classes and dance party on Saturday and a box lunch and buffet dinner. Three levels of classes are offered.

Memphis-born and Jackson-raised musician Kirk Smithhart is bringing his band to Tupelo.

Young Buffalo is set to play in its hometown this weekend.

The indie rock band will perform at 10 p.m. Friday. The Unwed Teenage Mothers will open.

Acrobats, jugglers and more

at Stardust Circus in Ripley

A one-night-only circus performance featuring aerialists, jugglers, animals, acrobats and motorcycle riders in the Globe of Death is coming to Ripley.

The Stardust Circus begins at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Tippah Co. Fairgrounds Coliseum.

It’s $10/adults and $5/teens.
