TUPELO – Bond was set Friday at $25,000 for a man living in Plantersville who allegedly did not update his residence information with authorities.

Andrew/Anthony James Holliday, 27, was arrested Thursday after the U.S. Marshal Task Force picked him up as a sex offender who had absconded from the state of Alabama.

Holliday has been living in Plantersville with family for at least one month, police say. He was on probation and reportedly violated the Adam Walsh Child Protection Act by crossing state lines and not notifying Alabama or Mississippi of intent to relocate.

Holliday was charged and convicted on Dec. 19, 2005, in Florida for lewd or lascivious molestation with a child under the age of 12.
