Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning, who makes his off-season home in Oxford, ate lunch on Friday afternoon at the Ajax Diner on the Oxford square, according to various Twitter reports. A popular sandwich on the menu, “The Big Easy,” is named for the former Ole Miss standout.
