STARKVILLE - In advance of impending inclement weather conditions, Saturday's scheduled second game of Mississippi State's season-opening baseball series with Pac-12 Conference foe Washington State has been rescheduled as part of a Sunday doubleheader at Dudy Noble Field.
The first game of Sunday's twinbill begins as scheduled at 1:30 p.m., with the second of the two nine-inning games set to begin approximately 30 minutes following the opener. Season ticket holders are advised to use Sunday's Game 3 ticket for the doubleheader.
The Bulldogs successfully opened their 2012 campaign Friday night with a 6-2 win over WSU.
