TUPELO – Incumbent congressional candidate U.S. Rep. Alan Nunnelee, R-Miss., launched the last leg of his campaign bus tour today.

Nunnelee left Tupelo this morning for the southern part of the 1st District with nine planned stops along the way. One of them is Eupora, hometown of his chief primary opponent, Henry Ross.

Ross and Nunnelee will face off, along with Southaven businessman Robert Estes, in Tuesday's Republican primary election. The winner advances to the November general election against Democrat Brad Morris and Libertarian Danny Bedwell.

Nunnelee's bus tour kicked off Friday with several stops in the northwestern part of the district, and continued Saturday with visits to key cities in the northeast.

Today is the last leg of the journey. Here's the schedule:
