ABERDEEN, Miss. (AP) — Federal court records say a man has pleaded guilty to a charge related to a sawed-off shotgun.

Mark Middlebrooks took the plea Friday during a hearing in U.S. District Court in Aberdeen. No sentencing date was immediately set.

He was indicted with another man last April for possessing the gun from December 2010 to Jan. 26, 2011.

Middlebrooks and the other defendant, Damien Brown, had both pleaded not guilty. Brown is scheduled for trial Aug. 13.
