Maryann Baker, who starred at Texas A&M when Schaefer coached there, was hired Friday as director of operations.
Following her playing career – capped by the Lady Aggies winning the 2011 NCAA title - Baker spent last season as a staff intern.
Earlier this week, Schaefer brought in Johnnie Harris and Aqua Franklin.
