Tupelo man charged in Brewer burglaries

TUPELO – Bond is set for a Tupelo man charged in connection with three recent burglaries in the Brewer community.

Lorenzo A. Cummings, 20, of Tupelo, was charged with three counts of burglary of an occupied dwelling and his bond has been set at $250,000.

Cummings, who is on probation with the Mississippi Department of Corrections for credit card fraud charges, was charged alongside a 16-year-old juvenile.

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is searching for one additional suspect in connection with the burglaries.
