The Sun Herald reports Terry White of Ocean Springs, Gerald Miller of Gautier and Patrick McClain of Pascagoula are free on unsecured bonds of $25,000 to await trial in U.S. District Court. They are tentatively set for trial June 4.
They entered their pleas Thursday.
A five-count indictment alleges the men conspired to circumvent requirements in a Russian trade agreement to increase productivity at the business.
The alleged conspiracy involved instructing workers to remove poultry from "blast freezers" before the poultry reached the required temperatures for Russia exports, and not to report discrepancies.
