TUPELO – Bond was set in Lee County Justice Court on Friday for a Saltillo man charged with possessing two or more precursors to cook meth.

James R. Sullivan, 45, is being held in the Lee County Adult Jail on a $300,000 bond.

Sullivan was arrested Thursday when sheriff’s deputies allegedly found chemicals and equipment used to cook meth in his car during a traffic stop. Sullivan was out on bond for similar charges levied in March.
