Two have been killed in a multiple-vehicle accident in Booneville along the new Highway 30 bypass just before 3 p.m. today.
The accident involved one car, one truck and four motorcycles.
Prentiss County Coroner Greg Sparks said two helicopters and multiple ambulances were called to transport victims.
Trooper Casey Mayor of the Mississippi Highway patrol said two more people were severally injured in the accident.
Names of the victims have not been released and will not be until their next of kin can be contacted.
Several people are injured in a crash in Booneville.
According to Mississippi Highway Patrol Trooper Casey Mayo, emergency personnel are at the scene of a crash involving several vehicles, including multiple motorcycles.
At least two people were air-lifted from the scene to North Mississippi Medical Center.
