Judge Glenn Berman says the trial for Dharun Ravi (dah-ROON' RAH'-vee) was fair.
Next up on Monday: Arguments over what kind of sentence Ravi will get.
He could get up to 10 years in prison, though prosecutors say they are not seeking the maximum.
The family of the victim, Tyler Clementi, is in the front row of the courtroom for the proceedings.
His parents and one of his older brothers were expected to address the judge.
