Alcorn County Coroner Jay Jones said no foul play is suspected in the death of Meleah Lewis, 32, of Mitchell Street, but an autopsy will be performed.
Lewis had gone into the store to purchase cigarettes, and was found a couple of hours later by the store manager who had gone outside.
The call to 911 was received about 9:30 p.m., he said.
