Two facing kidnapping and aggravated assault charges in Tishomingo County

The Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department along with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and the United States Marshall’s Service arrested Greg Dingler, 42, of Belmont, on Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault charges.

Dingler is currently in custody at the Tishomingo County Jail due to him being currently on probation with the MS Department of Corrections and Federal Probation.

Amanda Bolton, age 42 of Tremont was also arrested in the investigation on Evidence Tampering charges.

A woman was not able to leave the home. The female was able to dial 911 and leave the line open. Law enforcement overheard what was taking place and sent deputies to the home where the woman was being held.
