ABERDEEN - Fredrick Dewayne Young was arrested May 31 on South Matubba Street in Aberdeen and charged with the sale of a controlled substance (marijuana) by the Monroe County Sheriff's Office together with the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit.
The arrest is part of an ongoing undercover operation and investigation into the illegal sale of narcotics in Monroe County. More arrests are expected, according to a statement from the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
Young's bond was set at $25,000 by Justice Court Judge Robert Fowlkes.
