"Dr. Joe Street will serve as the interim head of the North Mississippi Research and Extension Center in Verona beginning June 1," said Gary Jackson, director of MSU's Extension Service. "This special assignment will be in addition to his duties and responsibilities as associate director for MSU Extension."
Street succeeds Cary W. "Bill" Herndon, who will assume the duties of associate vice president of MSU's Division of Agriculture, Forestry and Veterinary Medicine on June 1.
