Anna Rogers, 13, was ejected from a late model Ford F150 pickup truck on County Road 5111 and pronounced dead on the scene.
The other teenage girls were transported to the hospital, two to Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville, the third to the North Mississippi Medical Center.
Prentiss County Sheriff Randy Tolar said they believe Rogers was a passenger. None of the girls had a driver's license.
Tolar said the driver appears to have lost control of the vehicle and struck a utility pole near County Road 5226.
