Mario D. Cayson, 23, of 116 Foster St., Plantersville, was arrested Friday and charged with sexual battery against a 16-year-old. A child was conceived during the altercation, said Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson, and a DNA test proves Cayson is the father.
Investigators and deputies went to Cayson’s residence to serve the warrant after he refused to come in on two separate occasions. On Friday, he was arrested at his residence after giving a brief chase.
