Authorities have named them as Michael Monroe Lewis, 42, Janice Ann Vancleave, 53, and Christopher Austin Kirkland, 19, all of Braxton, WLBT-TV reports (http://bit.ly/KtuG2e).
The three were killed when their Chevrolet pickup truck crossed the median into the westbound lanes of I-20 and collided with a tractor trailer.
The driver of the 18-wheeler, Bryan Allen Freudeman, survived and has non-life-threatening injuries.
