The Sun Herald reports (http://bit.ly/Np1Np7 ) that Byron Charles Miller threatened to kill a 17-year-old girl and her parents in posts on Facebook and another website, according to Sgt. Donnie Dobbs of the Biloxi police. He was arrested Friday.
Dobbs said Miller threatened the family because they were pursuing a charge against him for obscene electronic communications. Police seized two desktop computers and a laptop computer from Miller's home, he said.
Miller was taken to Harrison County jail on a $100,000 bond set by Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain.
Miller faces a sentence of up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine, Dobbs said.
