MDOT said in a news release that the northbound lane of 145 will be closed to traffic from Barnes Crossing to Saltillo. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both the northbound and/or southbound lanes during the re-surfacing, which is anticipated to be complete by Oct. 12.
The project was awarded to APAC-MS Inc. at a cost of $2.651 million.
MDOT asks motorists to take alternate routes if possible.
