He was staying living on CR 1451 Booneville in theCairo Community. Rogers was last seen Friday at his brother's residence around 1-2 p.m. He left a note saying he was going to visit friends and has does this sort of thing before.
Rogers is on Medications but not taking them. The report was made Sunday around noon.
