Felicia Nicole Johnson is one of four people charged in the case. The indictment says the group used checks that appeared to be from nursing homes in Vaiden and Kosciusko, though the checks had fake routing numbers. The indictment says the checks were made and cashed in July and August 2011.
Johnson had pleaded not guilty in the case. The change of plea hearing is scheduled for Thursday afternoon in U.S. District Court in Oxford.
Court records also indicate the others may plead guilty on later dates.
