Dorrough died Wednesday in Ruleville, Miss., of complications from a liver transplant. Williams & Lord Funeral Home says services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Ruleville Methodist Church.
Dorrough was a native of Memphis, Tenn., and grew up in Ruleville.
He and other Delta musicians began as The Sausage & Biscuit Boys and morphed into The Tangents in 1981. The Tangents featured Duff with piano man "Fish" Michie and sax player Charlie "Charlie Love" Jacobs. Jacobs died in 1997.
In 2004, Dorrough joined pianist Jim Dickinson to form The Yalobushwhackers.
Dorrough was also known for his oil and pastel work.
