MARSHALL COUNTY - One juvenile died in a Marshall County motor vehicle accident Monday night.

Jimmy Warren, of the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, said two cars, a Ford Taurus and a Chevrolet Trailblazer, collided near the crest of a hill on St. Paul Road.

Three people were transported to the Regional Medical Center in Memphis, two by helicopter. Their ages were 15, 16 and 18.

A 17-year-old male, the driver of one of the vehicles, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The emergency call was made at 6:59 p.m. Monday.

Warren said there were several serious injuries.

The investigation is still being processed and more information should be released Tuesday.
