The ICC Lady Indians hosted the Crowley Ridge Lady Pioneers for a double header on Friday afternoon.
The Lady Indians plated six runs in the bottom of the first and continued their scoring in the bottom of the second.
Cyndal Cleveland hit a RBI single to right, followed by a Rachel Talley triple to center that plated two runs.
Both Chasidy Williams and Gretta Burgett hit RBI singles, and then the Lady Indians loaded the bases.
CeCee Austin stepped up with the bases load and hit a grand slam into the wind that cleared the fence with ease.
When the second inning came to a close, the Lady Indians led 14-0.
No more runs were scored in the game, but after the top of the fourth, the game was called, so the Lady Indians won 14-0.
Game two wasn't any better for the Lady Pioneers as Austin and Molly Speck hit RBI singles in the bottom of the first, and Anna Taylor plated a run on a sacrifice fly.
Leading 3-0, Austin struck out the side in the top of the second for the Lady Indians.
Jayla Hubbard, Speck and Taylor hit RBI singles in the bottom of the second, and Ashley Hardin drove a run in when she reached on an error.
Lindsay Brasfield added another run to the Lady Indians lead when she hit a single to left. Megan Kuykendall followed with a single to center that plated two runs.
The Lady Indians led 10-0 after two innings; then Crowley Ridge scored their first runs of the day in the top of the third inning on back-to-back RBI singles.
Leading 10-2, the Lady Indians added to their lead in the bottom of the inning.
Taylor and Speck drove in two runs on a single and a double and the Lady Indians lead was extended to 12-2.
In the bottom of the fourth, Austin hit a bases loaded triple to right to give the Lady Indians a 17-2 win in four innings.
