Tornado drill set for Oct. 24 statewide

Each October, the National Weather Service conducts a Tornado Preparedness day and encourages schools, industries and businesses to participate in the safety measure.

This year the drill will be held Oct. 24 at 9:15 a.m.

Notification will come through the NOAA Weather Radio and the National Warning System.
