RIchard E. Miller, 67, of Conway, Ark. was driving west bound on Highway 72 when he collided with Joseph Cocke, 21, of Holly Springs, who was attempting to cross the highway while traveling north on Highway 7.
Miller was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, Cocke was uninjured.
