ABERDEEN — Federal court records say a north Mississippi woman plans to plead guilty to stealing from the Social Security Administration.

Sara Deloach of Columbus is charged with taking survivors benefit checks that she knew she weren't hers from August 2008 to December 2009.

The amount cited in court records is $13,684.

She was indicted April 25 and had pleaded not guilty. A change of plea hearing is scheduled for Oct. 31 in U.S. District Court in Aberdeen.
